If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Culinary Experiences, LLC’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

Culinary Experiences, LLC may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Culinary Experiences, LLC’s does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Dinner with a Chef has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Culinary Experiences, LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Culinary Experiences, LLC may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida State and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of event - We understand that sometimes cancellation is unavoidable.

  • Up to 60 days prior to event for Full refund of amount paid (minus non-refundable $250 Cancellation

fee)

  • Up to 30 days prior to event for Partial refund (50% of amount paid, minus $250

Cancellation fee)

  • Non-Refundable Booking/Cancellation fee of $250 will be automatically deducted from any

refunds for the cancellation of an event at any time.

Adjustments to party size – Please advise as early as possible.

  • Number of guests may be reduced up to 30 days prior to your event for a full refund

  • Per guest removed; within 14 days of your event, for partial refund (50%).

  • Guests may be added, within reason, up to 3 days prior to your event. Per-guest fee

for each added guest will be included in your final invoice.

  • We reserve the right to charge full price for any guests added to your guest list and

canceled within 7 days or less from your event.

Late Payment Fee - If your final invoice or Grocery bill is not paid within 3 days of completion of service, a $50 late fee per day will be added to your total until the balance is paid in full.

If the Chef becomes ill - or has an emergency that conflicts with your confirmed event..

We will give you as much notice as possible. If you would like, we will attempt to make an

alternate Chef available for that date. You may choose to accept the alternate chef (if

available) or to reschedule your event. If we notify you about such a conflict within 24

hours of your scheduled event, we will refund 25% of the per-guest portion of your

payment in compensation upon rescheduling.
