Hello There!

I’m Chef Bri Murray. Thank you for visiting Culinary Experiences and considering having me and my team cook for you!

As a lover of good food and a graduate of Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, I have a knack for making elaborate and beautifully plated dinners that can help for your event take your dinner date to the next level! My specialties include New American, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Latin American and Southern Comfort foods. I source the freshest ingredients possible from local farmers and fishermen and cook only from scratch, because I want to give you the best tasting culinary experience possible! 


My experience is equally impressive, having cooked, served, and bartended on yachts, estates, and some of the world’s most luxury resorts and vineyards, I am equally knowledgeable about exquisite customer service as I am with cooking!

Having been both front-of-house and back-of-house, I have a real knack for organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness, I work fast to prep, cook, top drinks, clear empty plates, and leave things sparkling clean!

Clients are always marveled by the dedication and professionalism me and my team bring in such a warm and family-oriented way.

Meet our newest addition to the team, Karla Baum. She is a native of NYC turned Jacksonville transplant. She’s worked in the food industry as a server, bartender and manager for 20+ years in Jacksonville and beyond, and she knows a thing or two about good food & top notch customer service! She brightens any dinner party with her positive attitude, caring heart and warm smile! Clients rave about her luxurious Charcuteries as much as her Craft Cocktails!
